1978 Ford Bronco - Every beafy 1 ton axle needs some protection from the rocks up front. This is the start of a 1/2 thick ring which was cut and welded around… 1978 Ford Bronco - Ring all cut and welded up 1978 Ford Bronco - Alot of welding and some grinding to the ring to make it smoother. 1978 Ford Bronco - Holes drilled in the ring. Cut and welded the ring to protect the Diff gear. 1978 Ford Bronco - More support added and some grinding on it. 1978 Ford Bronco - Rest of the supports welded in. 1978 Ford Bronco - All completed and painted Black.
