The 1985 Chevrolet Suburban remained a body-on-frame wagon with up to nine-passenger seating, sold as a half-ton C10/K10 or three-quarter-ton C20/K20. Gas engines were still carbureted this year, with the 6.2L diesel V8 as the alternative; throttle-body fuel injection would not arrive until 1987.
