The 2008 Ford Crown Victoria was the final model year of United States retail sales; after this the car was built for fleet, police, and export only. The 4.6L SOHC modular V8 made 224 horsepower with single exhaust and 239 horsepower with the dual-exhaust high-output tune, with the Police Interceptor at 250 horsepower, paired with the 4R75E four-speed automatic on the Panther platform.
