Part Numbers 742450 :3; 742-251 Distance between holes is approximately 66mm. Some original equipment motors that these replace have a distance of approximately 62mm. Many OEM & replacement regulators have an elongated third hole that will accept motors with either the 62mm or the 66mm measurement. If this hole is not elongated on the regulator that you are working with simply elongate the hole with a le or rotary tool to interface with the motor correctly. Tech Note for Dorman Window Lift Motors: 742-250 & 742-251 Right This is the left door motor. You do not need to elongate the hole below on the OEM regulator. You can just drill a 1/ "tap hole. the motor comes with self-tapping bolts. I mounted the motor with the other two bolts before tap drilling and driving in the last bolt. Elongate this hole with a le or rotary tool. Window regulator is heavy steel. I cannot imagine it wearing out.
