This is what happens if you let the body mounts collapse & get loose.



...for a LONG time.

This frame perch originally had a round hole, for the early-style core support mount. Later trucks have a hex hole here.

These body bushings are Daystar polyurethane, and they've been on this truck for several years. After this pic, they were reused for ~13 more. Then they were transferred to another body & frame, where they're still in use and holding up fine. If I had bought rubber replacements, I'd have gone through several more sets by now.
