As promised, a better, more in focus picture. Welds still suck but hey, I am getting better. If you are looking for max power felt, stick with the K&N setup. With this setup I feel better midrange, virtually no top end and a little bit better low end than with the K&N. It has a nice baritone note and since it's farther away from me than the K&N setup, quieter too. It mixes with the exhaust and produces a really nice sound. Power delivery is a lot nicer and more fun to drive around town now. There are two breathers that need to be addressed: one on the upper plenum and one on the oil fill tube. I just used some Spectre breather filters on them. Built from scratch 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust pipe I had and a 2.5-inch/3-inch exhaust y-pipe.
