Surprisingly flat. Nothing protrudes past the throttle body (vertically speaking). There is a bracket welded to the underside of the tube just behind the filter that is bolted to a factory brace (had a factory drilled hole) to keep the assembly secured. Note: For whatever reason, it runs SUPER rich just at start up after this intake "mod". Literally, after it stops cranking and is running it is fine; just after starting it smells like it is dumping fuel and I do not know why. I am thinking it has something to do with the breather directly under the throttle body.
