the mounting plate needs to be modified to fit. it would not fit completely under the frame rails but needed the back edge cut to fit under the tails

when i originally added my tow hooks, i welded in a L steel between the frame rails tot the bumper mounting bracket to help prevent the crush zones from bending. that was now in the way so i had to cut it out. most people use the bumper mounts to support the winch plate but the remainder of the L bracket will prevent me from doing that.
