This kit was just over $6 shipped, and it's amazing how much quieter & smoother the tailgate works now. IF THE IMAGE IS TOO SMALL, click it. Apparently the Ford parts ( F6TZ99430B23AA) are still available in 2020 for ~$12 at the dealership. See also:
