Packed the inner wheel bearing with grease (a bearing packer makes this REALLY quick and easy and it MAKES SURE you get plenty of grease inside the bearing itself - which is where it needs to be. Install the bearing in the race, then use a hammer and a piece of wood (or a a seal installer if you have one that big - I don't) and tap the seal into place. It shouldn't take a ton of force.
