As usual, the lock cylinder bezel is loose. Apparently, this was among the last trucks to get the old 10-cut key & zig-zag lock cylinders.

R&R, repair original lock cylinder $30
Supply & install new OEM '96-04 8-cut ignition lock cyl. matched to 2 used door lock cyl.s supplied & installed $180

Turning the key back does NOT power the accessory circuit. I'm not sure yet if it's a mechanical problem in the column or ig.sw., or an electrical problem.
