M5OD-R2 4WD Swap Set

This is nearly everything needed to convert a '92-96 F150 from 2WD to 4WD 5sp w/manual t-case: a good used Mazda M5OD-R2 4WD transmission with shifter/boot/engine shim/flywheel/diaphragm/clutch/wiring/hydraulic system, a good used Borg-Warner 1356 manual-shift F-series transfer case w/lever/knob/boot/NEW shift mechanism, matching crossmember/gussets/bolts, matching front driveshaft, rear d'shaft for 133" WB ONLY, & pedal box with pads/reinforcement/fasteners. A manual-trans starter is also needed.

Most of these parts are now clean, and some have been sandblasted/painted/resurfaced. The axle (not shown) has been stripped, its ruined parts discarded, and most of the rest sandblasted & painted.

To install in a Bronco, you'd also need a Bronco-specific (rear output flange instead of slip-yoke) transfer case, and a Bronco-specific rear driveshaft for Mazda M5OD-R2.
