This document page provides instructions and diagrams for installing brake booster studs and a brake pedal bushing.
Booster Studs: l Some of the booster brackets require l cutting the four brake booster studs that i point towards the rear of the vehicle 1 down to about .75" give or take. Thread the 4 metric nuts all the way down first, then use an angle grinder to cut the studs down as pictured. When you remove the metric nuts, they will help de-bur the studs. Brake Pedal Bushing lt's helpful to be aware ofwhich side the rod end wants to be relative to the pedal before getting too far. Usually this will be the same as original. Tighten the booster with at least two nuts and confirm that the pedal has a full range of motion without any binding at this connection point. If there is binding, consider moving the boosters rod to the other side of the pedal, ipping the bushing around, or twisting the booster input rod 180 to get the alignment correct. When properly installed, there won't be friction. Booster bracket installation: f can be bolted to truck rm Battle Born Brakes INST-01 SD Hydro PageZ
