A removed aluminum radiator fitted with a rusty steel shroud and twin riveted electric cooling fans, propped on a green trash bin embossed PROPERTY OF CITY OF LOS ANGELES. A wiring pigtail and the lower hose neck hang off the left side, with weeds behind.
