picture-249.jpg Then I cut the old pins in half with a 1/8" cut off disk then seperated them with a long 3/8" screwdriver, then I pounded out the pins, then removed the other half of the hinge.  I then pounded out the bushings.  I also used a drill to make the bushings easier to slide out, and a 3/8" chisel to pound them out as well.
carefully set the new bushings, slide the hinge half back on, put in the pin then insall the E clip.  Put your door back on and happy closing!
