Vehicle underbody exhaust pipe joint with flange clamp, stainles…

the guy who sold me the truck said that tthe people who fixed the tailpipe/exhaust used this bracket instead of welding it. So it vibrates loudly when driven and sounds like a helicopter taking off.

I plan to fix it via Welding it some day soon.
