2004 Corvette Z06 ProCharged 427 C5-R Spec Sheet - 828 RWHP Build List
Car-show spec sheet listing the engine, drivetrain, suspension and performance numbers for a supercharged Corvette Z06 build.
This document is a printed "Spec Sheet" displayed (apparently in a car window) for a 2004 Machine Silver Chevrolet Corvette Z06 owned by Jack Kasparian. It is a heavily modified drag/street build based on a GM C5-R racing aluminum block displacing 427 cubic inches (7.0 liters) with an 8.5:1 compression ratio, machined LS6 GMHP heads, Manley stainless valves, COMP custom-grind hydraulic roller camshaft, Diamond forged pistons, Callies crankshaft, and Lunati rods. Induction is via a stock LS6 intake with BBK 80mm throttle body, 72-lb injectors, ECS/SX Performance fuel system, MSD ignition, FAST/DFI engine management, and an intercooled ATI ProCharger supercharger (running 10 psi boost, 36 psi maximum). Drivetrain includes a stock T56 six-speed with B&M shifter, RPS clutch, and LG Motorsports carbon fiber driveshaft. Chassis upgrades include C5R race springs, T1 swaybars, Bilstein shocks, Baer EradiSpeed brakes, DTE halfshafts, and Continental/Nitto tires on 19"/20" wheels. Performance results listed: best quarter-mile of 9.58 seconds at 147.4 mph on drag radials, 1.54-second 60-foot time, 828 rear-wheel horsepower and 758 lb-ft torque on a DynoJet at 10 psi with methanol injection.
