here I am unbolting the oil pump itself, starting with the rear bolt.

I should also add that there is a bolt securing the oil pick up tube at about the middle rear of the motor. There is a stud coming off one of the main journals. You can't see it, rather you have to reach in and feel for it and remove it blindly. A real pain in the ass. The fun part comes when it has to all go back in, which is harder than the removal.
