To make the mount brackets, I bought 1/8" thick aluminum bar that can be found at Lowes or HD. I used some 1" wide for the bedsides and 3" wide for the cab mounts. To bend it I simply placed the measured short end into the vice and bent a 90 degree angle by pulling over the longer end.
