Once it is all around the window, shove out at the top. It takes a fair amount of force to get the window dislodged...at first. I started in the rear upper corner. Once you traverse the top....the window will almost fall out. If you run into subborn sections, simply peel the rubber back and push on the window. It helps to have someone on the outside to catch....just in case. I have done this before so I knew what to expect.
