Take the old Ford window rubber off the old window and re-install onto the slider. I think it's easiest to start by installing the rubber on the pointed corners first. Top left and lower right in the pic. End with the rounded corners. Try not to dislodge the little corner pieces of chrome. They are fairly easy to put back, just adds extra work.
