10. ll. Maintain the club nancial records and present them for inspection to the Executive Board at any time deemed necessary by the board. Record the attendance and minutes of the general meetings. Maintain the club administrative records. Prepare official club correspondence as required. Receive club mail. Maintain attendance records of the executive board, events coordination, committee meetings, runs and events om inputs received, as well as general meetings. Submit prepared general meeting minutes to the executive committee for publication. Prepare ofcial club correspondence in accordance with Article V, G. 2. (a). The California Association of Four Wheel Drive Clubs Delegate shall: 1. 2. 6. Be a club member who does not currently hold another ofce. Attend all quarterly South District and annual convention meetings of the CA4WDC. Find an alternate to attend meetings if required. Notify a club ofcer if an alternate cannot be found. Provide a report to club members at the next scheduled club meeting. Report the club concerns and activities to the CA4WDC at all CA4WDC meetings as required. Submit expenses for reimbursement as the club membership allows. The California Off Road Vehicle Association Delegate shall: Be a club member who does not currently hold another ofce. Attend all quarterly South District and annual convention meetings of the CORVA. Find an alternate to attend meetings if required. Notify a club ofcer if an alternate cannot be found.
