Having seen way too many bent tie rods I wanted to do something…

Having seen way too many bent tie rods I wanted to do something to beef mine up. My tie rod is already hitting the diff cover as is, so sleeving it on the outside was out. Instead I got a section of 1" round stock to go inside of the tie rod. It turns out that a 1" OD rod is just a bit too large to slide into a 1" ID tube, so I spent a few minutes with a sander making it just a bit smaller. I made it a slight interference fit.
