On the left a stock Mustang GT pedal assembly. On the right a stock full size LTD/Crown Vic assembly. Notice that the lower row of bolts is exactly the same. The top row of bolts is the same width but the LTD assembly is 1 3/4" taller. A couple sheet metal extensions will fix that. Also, the Mustang piece is smaller even with the extra pedal and quadrant, it should fit the LTD just fine. Even th top bolt that you cant see that holds the whole thing under the dash is in the right place. The pivot for the booster rod is 1/2" closer to the pivot on the Mustang pedal but the overall length is the same. It'll fit just fine but it will lower pedal effort. If it's a problem I'll deal with it later.
