locally and took that and the old trans to the transmis 'ion sho} and had it rebuilt. The underside of the Bronco was in great shape w th no rust scale at all. I cleaned off any excess debris underneath and had applied sortie undercoating Finally when the Bronco came back home from the bod_ hop Iwas able to start reassembly. I used an NOS grille shell. an N S grille! NOS turn signal lense NOS front fender and door t molding and also used NOS side marker lights n the back tailgate Iordered new molding from Dennis Carpenter along with a new Trailer Special emblem. I also found a set of NOS turn signals. While searching Fullsi/cBronco.com I found a guy in Missouri that had a it top. I wasted no time in picking that up as l alwz would ake the tops off of my old Broncos. Alter reading one of your at icles about lubricating a hard top to work with the soft top I did the same thing to mine. It now bolts down in the existing holes that the original hardtop bolted down to. For the suspension 1 went with a -l" Sk ' cker lift and an add a-leaf out back with a set of air bags. The arr b ' really helped to stabilize the ride on the Bronco. 1 then installed a set of lo Dick Cepek DCl chrome rims and finished them off with a set of 35 Dick Cepek Fun "ountry ll tires. When the Bronco was finshed it was selected to run for four Wheeler ofthe month at FullsileBroncocom. I had some great coin petition and it a great feeling to see that it had been chosen as the winner of lJ()Tl/l. Thanks FSB members! No matter where I go with this Bronco someone is always Stopping and gi 1 it a good look with plenty of questions. My next project is to lmd a 79 -ll crewcab to restore and I will then be finished and able to enjoy them?
