Decided to take a picture after spending several hours fixing a stupid mistake....
When you have 12 springs, 12 sets of spring keepers, and 12 valve seals, be sure there aren't any left in the bag *before* returning the spring compressor tool.
Had to drive back to the store and rent it again.
Then, in my irritated hesitation, I forgot to hold up the valve while I compressed the spring, causing the valve to fall inside the head.
The only way to access it was to unbolt the intake and exhaust manifolds so I could reach in through the intake port with a set of extended length needle nose pliers to lift it back up.
Several hours later, I finally finished reinstalling the manifolds and valve cover.
