Three labeled close-ups of overhead console mounting repairs

Cracks in the mounting screw wells are very common in Bronco OHCs (and NOT common in Ex OHCs, for some reason), but easy & cheap to repair by hammering 2 washers into cups, and gluing them into the broken holes which have been drilled out slightly larger. I used E6000.
