5-28-2011: It's been a while since I've last updated this. I've been busy with lots of other stuff. So I haven't done any work on the 54. But I do have a couple minor updates. #1 I sold the 351W in April. I've decided to go back to my original engine plan. Which was a built up 300 inline 6. And #2 is a couple weeks ago I bought a truck front bumper from a place that builds fire trucks. I'm going to have to modify it so it's closer to what I wanted. But for the $50.00 it cost I couldn't pass on it. It's a foot tall and 1/4" thick. So it's a nice heavy bumper. I'm going to cut the bends off it and widen the center section with the pieces I cut off. I basically want a flat bumper. I wanted a bigger version of the stock 54 style bumper. But after I modify this one it will be close enough and should look pretty good.
