So the truck has bee running rich lately. Checked the plugs. They were good minus a little black carbon on them.(indicating rich fuel mixture). The fuel pressure regulator (FPR) showed no leaks, so I went on the the HEGO. Its covered in carbon. When I get a fuel pressure gauge ill post what I find.

*Update* : Fuel issue if fixed. Replaced HEGO with new Motorcraft HEGO. Codes are gone and have not returned. Truck runs a lot better.
