2000 Toyota Tundra Specs & Photos
The 2000 Toyota Tundra was the first model year of Toyota's full-size pickup, built at the company's new plant in Princeton, Indiana as the successor to the T100. Buyers chose a 190-horsepower 3.4-liter V6 or the 245-horsepower 4.7-liter 2UZ-FE i-Force V8, the first V8 Toyota offered in a US-market pickup. Regular Cab and Access Cab bodies came in base, SR5, and Limited trims with rear- or four-wheel drive. Motor Trend named the 2000 Tundra its Truck of the Year.
