EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROLE.G.R. System E.G.R, control system is normal if diaphragm moves upward. If not, check system as in step 3' Disconnect vacuum hose from ElG.Fl. control valve. Increase engine speed from idling to 3,000 to 3,500 rpm.
