I hate when that happens.  The brand new radiator came with a brand new POS rubber cap for the throttle return nipple which has cracked enough to leak my MotorCraft coolant out, to the point that what's left is boiling.  I barely noticed it after leaving the truck idling for a while.  Fortunately, I expected it, and I have a JY replacement cap stored on the tip of a bolt nearby, so it only took a few minutes to fix.
