After searching the junkyards, hauling parts home, cleaning them, and then having them painted, I set the replacement body (an '82 tub) back on the chassis and started putting everything back in.

The vertical slot in the tan cowl above the tire is for the EFI EEC that goes with the engine. It has been working fine flopping around under the hood, but now I'm putting it where it belongs, just like in '87-96 trucks.
