bjnut.jpg While doing some other work, I noticed the RHF wheel was VERY loose. It turns out the lower ball joint was installed with the wrong nut (castellations too short), which meant that the cotter pin didn't touch the nut, or prevent it from turning. Over time, it backed off, nearly cutting through the tiny cotter pin. I re-tightened it, then drilled a new hole and installed an appropriately-sized pin.
