Rear view of the tie-downs (raised) and plywood notches. The tie-downs came from a Toyota minivan. Most of the ones I've found are chromed, which is fine for bolt-down but less than ideal for welding. The OEM ones are also nice in that they don't rattle around, like many aftermarket d-ring tie-downs.
