Seized Seat Belt Bolt in a '95 F150 XLT

The lip of the head is easier to apply torque to than the Torx recess in the center, which was rusty & began to strip. But the head sheared off the bolt, so the remainder had to be extracted from below the floor. It all came out with a stud driver.
