Then this tow truck shows up. Turns out that there was a large group of kids camping at Elbow Lake, and one of them backed this car into the lake. We saw three young bears off in the field at the start of the Chehalis FSR; they ran off when we stopped. When we drove by the camp at Elbow Lake, there were LOTS of campers, garbage everywhere, and two other cars that were torched.
