No this ain't the Jolly Green Giant's expectorant, it's the sort of liquid, semi-runny vasoline stuff I use to combat rust all along the underside. Krown is good if you have zero rust. Once it starts I use this stuff. It actually stops rust in it's tracks for years on non painted areas underneath.
