TIMING BELT Do not bend or twist the timing belt. After removing the timing belt, do not rotate the crankshaft ur the camshaft separately, or the valves will hit the pistons. Make sure no oil, water or dust deposits adhere to the timing belt, the pulleys and the tensioner. Before installing the timing belt, he sure No. 1 cylinder is at T.D.C. on its compression stroke.
