ASSEMBBY 41 Carefully inspect torque converter for damage. Check converter hub for grooves caused by hardened seals. Also check bushing contact area. 42. Lubricate oil pump llp seal and converter new before installing converter. 43. Four approx. 2-Iiters (24/8 US qt, 173/4 Imp at) of automatic transmission fluid into converter housingt SAT$72 44. Install torque converter to converter housing, Be careful not to scratch front cover oil seal. 45. Apply sealant to threads of drain plug and install it in place. 46. Install inhibitor switch to transaxle case. 47, Adjust inhibitor switch. Refer to On-vehicle Service. 48. Make sure that manual lever operates smooth- SAT405 AT-54
