Removed from a '95 Bronco. 2 of the 6 nuts were seized & had to be torched off, so 4 bolts, nuts, & split washers are included, with all 6 reinforcement plates. The ID tag says "V-5", weight distributing: 8000 lb trailer / 800 lb tongue; weight carrying: 5000 lb trailer / 500 lb tongue.
Ships UNboxed as 38x20x8" @ 38 lbs.
