Fits '87-96 t/gs w/factory trim panel without any drilling.
4 holes must be drilled in '78-86 t/gs w/factory trim panel.
10 holes must be drilled in all t/gs w/o factory trim panel.

Black strip (only) w/oval & fasteners F2TZ-98425A34-BKP ~$175 sh tax from LMC Truck, when they have it.
