This map looks VERY old, but it's the only map I could find. I had to phone the state (or maybe it was the TVA) recreation & environmental development office, and ask them to e-mail this to me. The pink areas labelled "PUBLIC LANDS" are CLOSED to all motor vehicle activity, according to the person I spoke with. I don't know if that means the "public" roads that cross those lands (like South of Dry Creek) are closed, but that's what she led me to believe.
