Here is the supplemental fuse box and fuel pump relay (the green thing). This is just a mock up.

The fuse box is powered directly by the battery, and gets switched on by the relay when the ignition is in the "run" position. (The white wire from the ignition switch is not pictured.) I wired it this way because I didn't want the ignition switch over-taxed.

The fuel pump relay powers a low pressure pump located next to the tank, and a high pressure pump in the engine compartment. The white wire coming out of the fuel pump relay harness supplies 12v to the low pressure pump. The other white wire is soldered to 12v supply for the low pressure pump, and supplies 12v to the high pressure pump.
