Well you can see here, where i seperated the dash on the 95 bronco. I figured this was a major part of doing the swap, so i might as well explain it on just one vehicle.

Do you see the 2 bolts that are tied into the A pillar? when i drill and cut this firewall out. I will also cut the A pillar and leave it attached to the firewall.

That was my original plan A and i stuck to it, it made sense in the beginning, as i thought i could just change it out and keep the proper spacing. As the A pillars are extremely important in bolting up the dash.
