Underbody shifter linkage with metal levers on aluminum transmis…

I cut the '93 E4OD t-case shifter pushrod and welded it back together shorter (too short, which is why I had to add some back). I may still have to add a brace to the guide plate so it doesn't pivot on the 1 bolt holding it to the trans extension.

UPDATE 3/26/19: After 5 years, I still haven't done anything else - it has just worked.
