This procedure will make accessing the fuel pump or fuel level sender in any fullsize Bronco much easier, since the tank won't have to be dropped again. In addition to these tools, you'll also need a replacement floor plate slightly larger than your access hole to put back. A drill, hole saw, & earplugs are good, too.
The ladder isn't necessary. :-)
