![Pressing the lower BJ ([url=https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000C5HPRO/]MotorCraft MCS-10253[/url]) in last, so it wasn't in the way of pressing the upper in ([url=https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000C5HPUG/]MotorCraft MCS-10339[/url]).
Removal was done with a BPH & pipe scrap.

The pipe, hammer, & torch are also quicker & easier for installation.
