Side note, I'm annoyed that supermotors won't rotate my pictures correctly, so I apologize about that...


I found it rather easy to keep the door in place by wrapping a strap through the vent window and around the windshield wiper. Then, rest the door on a jack stand. It kept it in place (mainly so it didn't rip the tubing for the electrical wires) and also allowed nice, open access to the bushings.
