This trick worked really well to get the new bushings in since the spacing is so tight. This is a large wedge. I held it against the bushing and then tapped the wedge with a hammer. It made installing them a breeze.

Just be careful forcing the bushings in. Make sure they go in perfectly straight. I had a few crack and had to exchange them.
